In a small bowl, add the saffron threads to 2 tablespoons of warm water and let them steep for about 10 minutes until the water turns a deep golden color.
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the cold water to the pitcher and mix well.
Pour in the saffron infusion and the rose water. Stir to combine all the flavors together.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
