Spicy and fragrant, these Harissa Chicken Wings are a true taste of North Africa. Marinated in a blend of spices and served with a cooling yogurt dip, they are perfect for a special lunch or gathering.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the harissa paste, olive oil, honey, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are baking, prepare the yogurt dip by mixing the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mint, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
Serve the hot wings with the cool yogurt dip on the side.
