- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 beef or chicken sausages
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- Chilean pebre (optional)

Instructions
