  • 1 package (1 pound) of phyllo dough
  • 2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
