- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lettuce leaves (such as butter or romaine) for wrapping
- Lime wedges for serving

- 1Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
