- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1-2 green chilies, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup french fries (cooked and crispy)
- 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, combine sliced sirloin steak with soy sauce, white vinegar, cumin, and minced garlic. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- 3In the same skillet, add sliced onions and stir-fry until softened, around 2 minutes.
- 4Add sliced tomatoes and green chilies (if using) to the skillet, stirring until tomatoes start to soften, about another 2 minutes.
- 5Return the beef to the skillet, mixing well with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 6In serving bowls, place a portion of cooked rice, top with the beef stir-fry, and garnish with crispy french fries and fresh cilantro.
