Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- 2Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 3Shape the mixture into elongated kofta shapes, about 4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
- 4Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help the koftas hold their shape during cooking.
- 5Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
